For the Synthvids website and the Synthvids app on Google Play (Synthvids - AI Shorts & Videos), by JB Malcolm LLC.
1. Sign in at synthvids.ai (on the web or in the Synthvids app).
2. Open Account in the menu. It opens on your Profile.
3. Scroll to the Danger Zone, choose "Delete your Account" and confirm.
This deletes your account and the organizations you own, and immediately cancels any active subscription. It cannot be undone.
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to delete only some of your data, such as specific videos or connected accounts. We respond within 30 days.
Account data is kept for 90 days after deletion to allow recovery and to meet legal and accounting obligations, and is then deleted.
Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
If you took part in the free render trial, the card fingerprint and normalized email kept for it are deleted within 30 days of the trial offer ending.
